Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Rice flour 2 cups

  • chopped onion 1.5 cups

  • Grated carrot 1 cups

  • Corinder leaves 1 cups

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Green chilies 6 nos

  • Jeera 1 tsp

  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp

  • Oil 1 cups

  • Water 2-2 bowls

Directions

    Take a bowl in that mix all ingredients like rice flour,onion,carrot ,corinder leaves, green chillies paste,ginger garlic paste,jeera ,oil, salt mix dry first.

    After that mix with water make dough.Water as per recover for making dough.

    Third step heat non stick pan, make vet cloth & take a roti dough in small pada & make a dough round with little oil or little water.

    Fry a Roti with oil. Serve with coconut chutney.

    Serve it hot.
