Chicken boneless slices 1/2 kgs
salt 1 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
yogurt 2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
tandoori masala 1/2 tsp
Coating:all purpose flour (maida) 1-2 cups
bread crumbs 1/2 cups
beaten egg 1 nos
milk 1/2 cups
salt 1 pinch
white pepper 1 dash
baking powder 1 tsp
cornflakes (crushed) 1 cups
Bun:All purpose flour (maida) 2 cups
Yeast 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
Paste: Milk (n Water if paste thickens) 1 cups
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Directions
marinate chicken slices in above for 3hrs o more
Coating: in a bowl mix all purpose flour, cornflakes, breadcrumbs, baking powder n pepper.
beat egg with lil salt n milk
mix dry ingredients in egg n mix well den pour on de chicken n mix well wid chicken till ol slices r coated well.
deep fry slices on low or med flame til golden brown.
Paste:mix cornflour n milk well kip on flame n kip on stirring as it strts boiling add oil
wen its thick liquid like remuv from flame..
mix dry ingredients very well add paste n bind to soft dough.... den kip in a big bowl n cover wid cling film
let it fully rise punch bek n mould in round buns n kip on greased tray, brush wid beaten egg sprinkle sesame.
let it fully rise n bake in oven on 200°C til top browned up cn tek 20-30mins
lay Burger: Cut bun in half horizontally
Apply Mayonaise on both hlves
Kip a Lettuce leaf on lower hlf
Den kip a Tomato slice, Onion Ring n 2 Slices of Cucumber
Squeeze Tomato Ketchup, Chilli Sauce n lil Mustard sauce
Kip one pc of Crumbed Chicken
On top put a Paper slice of Cheedar cheese
Cover wid oder hlf
