Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken Boneless (slices) 1 kgs

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Chilli Flakes 4 nos

  • Yogurt 2 tbsp

  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

  • tandoori masala 1 tsp

  • Coating: All Purpose Flour (maida) 2 cups

  • Bread Crumbs 1/4 cups

  • beaten Egg 1 nos

  • Milk 1/2 cups

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • White Pepper 1 dash

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

  • Cornflakes/Crisps (crushed) 1 cups

Directions

  • 01

    marinate chicken slices in above for 3hrs

  • 02

    Coating: in a bowl mix all purpose flour, breadcrumbs, baking powder, cornflakes n pepper.

    beat egg with lil salt add to the flour mixture n mix well pour on marinated chicken slices n mix well if its sticky add milk n let it coat properly.

    deep fry on low or med flame til golden brown.
