Grated mawa 300 gms
Powder Sugar 100 gms
Puree Ghee 1/2 tsp
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Muskmelon seeds or Almonds 1 tsp
Take a non stick pan and heat puree ghee, now add grated mawa and roast it well until it leaves oil.
Now add sugar and mix it well, then add cocoa powder and transfer it to a greased plate.
Sprinkle almonds or Muskmelon seeds and rest it for an hour.
Once cooled, cut in desired shape and serve.
