COCONUT LADDOOS

Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1.5 cups grated fresh coconut


  • 3/4 cups condensed milk


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 5-6 tbsp dessicated coconut powder (for coating or dusting)

Directions

  • Heat a nonstick pan with ghee. Add the grated coconut and stir for few minutes until the water is evaporated. Do not brown them.
  • Now add the condensed milk and cardamom powder and mix.
  • Cook until the mixture is almost dry and leaves the sides of the pan. It takes about 12-14 minutes.
  • Let this mixture cool enough. Grease your hands with ghee and make laddoos out of the mixture, roll them in the dessicated coconut powder. Serve
