COCONUT LADDOOS

Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Grated fresh coconut 1.5 cups

  • Condensed milk 3/4 cups

  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

  • Ghee 1 tbsp

  • Dessicated coconut powder (for coating or dusting) 5-6 tbsp

Directions

    Heat a nonstick pan with ghee. Add the grated coconut and stir for few minutes until the water is evaporated. Do not brown them.

    Now add the condensed milk and cardamom powder and mix.

  • 03

    Cook until the mixture is almost dry and leaves the sides of the pan. It takes about 12-14 minutes.

    Let this mixture cool enough. Grease your hands with ghee and make laddoos out of the mixture, roll them in the dessicated coconut powder. Serve
