Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken pcs 1/2 kgs

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Lemon juice 1/2 tsp

  • Corriander seeds (roast them and pound coarsely) 1 tbsp

  • Achaar Masala . 1/4 tsp

  • Gravy:Tomatoes 4-5 nos

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Ginger (slivered) 1/4 piece

  • Garlic cloves (chopped) 5 nos

  • Curry Chillies (Mora Marcha/Chillies that r Veggies not Hot) 4-5 nos

  • Corriander leaves (chopped) 8-10 nos

  • Onion (chopped) 1 nos

  • Green Chillies (cut in length) 3 nos

  • Yogurt 1 cups

  • Tomato puree 1 tbsp

    make marinade and mix chicken cubes in it then let stay for 3 hrs....

  • 02

    Gravy: Blend tomatoes wid chilli powder, tomato puree and yogurt.... Braise onion in little oil till browned up add chicken and braise together till its nice brownish red color.

    pour the blended tomato n cook til it thickens up and blends in well add slitted curry chillies and simmer for 5 mins.

    garnish with chopped corriander leaves n green chillies
