1 tbsp corriander seeds (roast them and pound coarsely)
1/4 tsp achaar masala .
4-5 nos gravy:tomatoes
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 piece ginger (slivered)
5 nos garlic cloves (chopped)
4-5 nos curry chillies (mora marcha/chillies that r veggies not hot)
8-10 nos corriander leaves (chopped)
1 nos onion (chopped)
3 nos green chillies (cut in length)
1 cups yogurt
1 tbsp tomato puree
Directions
make marinade and mix chicken cubes in it then let stay for 3 hrs....
Gravy: Blend tomatoes wid chilli powder, tomato puree and yogurt.... Braise onion in little oil till browned up add chicken and braise together till its nice brownish red color.
pour the blended tomato n cook til it thickens up and blends in well add slitted curry chillies and simmer for 5 mins.
garnish with chopped corriander leaves n green chillies
