Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 300 gms mushroom


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 3 tsp onion_redchilli paste


  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  • 4 tsp sweet curd


  • 2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 4 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp salt


  • Salt 3 tsp


  • 2 cups all purpose flour

Directions

  • Heat oil, add sumon seeds, bay leaved & dry red chilli.Saute it for few minutes.
  • Add chopped garlic, onion & ginger paste.Fry it for a while.
  • Make a paste of sweet curd, red chilli & turmeric powder.
  • Add this paste to fried spices.Cook it till it soft.
  • Add chopor rashed mushrooms, turmeric powder,lemon juice & cuman powder.
  • Mix it well & add 1/2 cup of hot water.Cover it & let it cook.
  • After 10 mins,check salt & gravy.Add garam masala & coriander leaves.It's ready now.
  • For poori, make a dough of flour,salt,oil & required water.Take small portion from dough ,roll it & deep fry it.
  • Serve it with khatta mitha mushroom, lemon pickle & salad.
