Ingredients

Serves 4

  • mushroom 300 gms

  • chopped onion 1 nos

  • Onion_redchilli paste 3 tsp

  • Lemon juice 2 tsp

  • Sweet curd 4 tsp

  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Garam masala 1 tsp

  • Coriander leaves 4 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Salt 3 tsp

  • All purpose flour 2 cups

Directions

    Heat oil, add sumon seeds, bay leaved & dry red chilli.Saute it for few minutes.

    Add chopped garlic, onion & ginger paste.Fry it for a while.

    Make a paste of sweet curd, red chilli & turmeric powder.

    Add this paste to fried spices.Cook it till it soft.

    Add chopor rashed mushrooms, turmeric powder,lemon juice & cuman powder.

    Mix it well & add 1/2 cup of hot water.Cover it & let it cook.

    After 10 mins,check salt & gravy.Add garam masala & coriander leaves.It's ready now.

    For poori, make a dough of flour,salt,oil & required water.Take small portion from dough ,roll it & deep fry it.

    Serve it with khatta mitha mushroom, lemon pickle & salad.
