Sieve all purpose flour. Add salts, pepper, ghee, carrom seeds. Mix all properly. Add required water and knead tight dough.
Keep rest for 20 minutes.
Divide into 4-5 equal portions. Make balls .
Flatten with roller pin. Roll thick roti. Cut into 2 inches strips.
Heat oil in a wok. Once oil heated. Deep fry these namak pare on medium heat until golden and crispy.
Sprinkle chat masala over it.
Once cooled store in a air tight container.
