Jus peel n wash cassava, wipe with kitchen towel
Keep wok with oil on flame, now use (thin) slicer, and slice off the cassava put a handleful in hot oil.
Watch yor hand, can put a slice at a tyme if u r quick... Toss the other side
Remove on strainer, when all done sprinkle paprika, chaat masala n salt, Voila!
Can serve with hot sauces, so yumm
