Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 nos cassava


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp paprika


  • 1 pinch chaat masala


  • 2 cups oil (for frying)

Directions

  • Jus peel n wash cassava, wipe with kitchen towel
  • Keep wok with oil on flame, now use (thin) slicer, and slice off the cassava put a handleful in hot oil.
  • Watch yor hand, can put a slice at a tyme if u r quick... Toss the other side
  • Remove on strainer, when all done sprinkle paprika, chaat masala n salt, Voila!
  • Can serve with hot sauces, so yumm
