Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Peas 1/2 kgs

  • Coconut (grated) 1/4 cups

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Garam masala 1 1/2 tsp

  • Onion (chopped) 1 nos

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 3 nos

  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp

  • Cummin powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Roast coconut in a pan to golden brown color n let it cool dwn.

  • 02

    Blend tomatoes, roasted coconut, garam masala, chilli powder, cummin powder, salt, garlic paste n turmeric powder to a fyne paste.

    In a pot braise onion in 3-4 tbsp oil til its browned up

    add tomato mixture wid peas n let it cook til done.

    Garnish wid chopped corriander leaves n green chillies
