khoya/mawa 1 cups
roasted chickpea (bhuni Chana Dal) 1 cups
grated jaggery 1 cups
nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
green cardamoms 8-10 nos
desicatted coconut 2-3 tsp
ghee 2-3 tsp
Grind Chana Dal in Mixer grinder.
Heat ghee in a wok. Roast khoya until golden brown.
Add jaggery, chana dal powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder. Mix all properly. Stir continuously until whole mixture leaves the sides of wok.
Grease tray with ghee. Transfer mixture in tray. Spread it evenly with spatula. Garnish coconut powder. Cut into diamond pieces.
Rest it for 1-2 hrs. Serve instant Chana Barfi.
