  • 250 gms khoya/mawa

  • 100 gms cashews

  • 100 gms sugar

  • 8-10 nos cashews for garnish


  • Heat pan. Slightly roast cashews. Crush cashews in mixer. Do not over grind them.
  • Heat a pan add khoya. Roast it until golden. Add sugar. Mix well.
  • Saute until sugar and khoya mixed well and starts leaving pan. Add crushed cashews.
  • Mix all properly. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
  • Grease a dish with ghee. Transfer khoya and cashew mixture. Spread evenly. Now cut with heart cookie cutter.
  • Keep it in fridge for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with cashews.
  • Serve khoya kaju hearts.
