desicatted coconut (coconut chura) 250 gms
Powdered sugar 150 gms
fresh cream/malai 1/2 cups
saffron strands 10-12 nos
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Dry roast desicatted coconut in a pan for 1 minute so that its raw smell goes out.
Heat Kadhai. Add fresh cream or malai and sugar. Stir well until 1 string consistency.
Add coconut & cardamom powder. Add saffron milk. Mix all properly. Remove from gas.
Rest it until cool. Make laddu.
