Ingredients

  • desicatted coconut (coconut chura) 250 gms

  • Powdered sugar 150 gms

  • fresh cream/malai 1/2 cups

  • saffron strands 10-12 nos

  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Dry roast desicatted coconut in a pan for 1 minute so that its raw smell goes out.

  • 02

    Heat Kadhai. Add fresh cream or malai and sugar. Stir well until 1 string consistency.

  • 03

    Add coconut & cardamom powder. Add saffron milk. Mix all properly. Remove from gas.

  • 04

    Rest it until cool. Make laddu.
