Ingredients

  • 1 cups maida


  • 2 tbsp semolina


  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper crushed


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 1/2 tbsp ghee


  • 2-3 tbsp water

Directions

  • Take maida in a large bowl Add salt black pepper hot ghee n mix thoroughly Add water and knead stiff dough harder than paratha Keep covered for 15 minutes Make small pooris n prick with fork Keep all the pooris for drying for 1/2 hour Now deep fry pooris on slow flame till slightly colour changes
