Ingredients

  • Maida 1 cups

  • Semolina 2 tbsp

  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Ghee 2 1/2 tbsp

  • Water 2-3 tbsp

    Take maida in a large bowl Add salt black pepper hot ghee n mix thoroughly Add water and knead stiff dough harder than paratha Keep covered for 15 minutes Make small pooris n prick with fork Keep all the pooris for drying for 1/2 hour Now deep fry pooris on slow flame till slightly colour changes
