  • Poha thick 2 cups Raw peanuts 1/2 cup Roasted chana ( daal) 1/2 cup Cashews 1/4 cup Black kishmish 1/4 cup Curry leaves 5_6 Chopped coconut dry slices 1/4 cup Oil for frying 2 tbsp Salt 2 tsp or as per taste Red chilli pwd 1 tsp Turmeric pwd 1 tsp Powdered sugar 2 tsp Rambandhu chivda masala 1 tsp

    In a deep pan heat oil for frying on medium heat Immerse poha in the pan with fine sieve n fry poha till crisp take out poha in a large vessel on kitchen towel Fry peanuts, chana, cashews, kishmish, curry leaves, coconut slices n add on poha Add salt n sugar on poha n mix thoroughly Heat 2 tbsp oil in a small pan Switch off the gas n add turmeric pwd n red chilli pwd in oil Add this oil on poha Add chivda masala n mix
