  • 1 cups maida


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 2 tbsp corn flour or maida


  • 1/4 cups milk


  • 3/4 cups powdered sugar


  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp sugar pwd


  • 2 cups oil for frying


  • 3 drop red food colour


  • 3 drop blue food colour

Directions

  • In A Small Bowl Mix 2 Tbsp Ghee With 2 Tbsp Cornflour N Whisk Till Fluffy To Make Sata Take Maida In A Large Bowl Add Salt ,1 Tbsp Sugar N 2 Tbsp Melted Ghee N Mix Till It Becomes Crumbled Now Add Warm Milk In Small Portions And Knead Stiff Dough N Cover N Rest For 30 Minutes Make 2 Parts From Dough, From This 2 Parts Take One Part N Divide Again In 2 Parts Now We Have 3 Parts Of The Dough 1/4 , 1/4 ,And 1/2 Mix Red N Blue Colour In Two 1/4 Th Parts Roll Thin Chapatis From All The Three Parts White Blue N Red Place One White Chapati On Desk N Apply Sata N Place Red Chapati On It Again Apply Sata N Place Blue Chapati N Again Apply Sata N Place White Roti Over It Roll This Layered Chapatis N Cut 1 Inch Thick Pieces Make Small Pooris From This Pieces N Deep Fry Till Slightly Colour Changes Sprinkle Powdered Sugar On Hot Chirote So That It Sticks On It Make Different Types Like Only White Or Red N White Or Blue N White Chirotes
