  • 1 cups besan (gram flour)

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 4 tbsp semolina

  • 1 tsp ginger/garlic paste

  • 3 tsp lemon juice

  • 3 tsp hot oil

  • 1 pinch soda bicarbonate

  • 2 nos green chillies pounded

  • 2 tsp colors of yor choice or paste of boiled veggies


  • Keep A Big Pot For Steaming, Mix Ol Ingredients Together Excpt Colors, Wen Water Strts Boiling
  • Remuv De Batter In 3 Equal Parts Add Color In 2 Add 1/4 Tsp ENO Fruit Salt In Each N Stir Wel,
  • Pour 2 Tbsp Of Batter On A Greased Smol Thhali
  • Kip On Adding Diff Colored Batter On Top Of De Oder Til Ol Done.
  • Kip For Steaming Til Done
  • Wen Done Cut Squares Garnish: Mek Bagaar (Tempering) Of Mustard Seeds, Cummin Seeds, Sesame N Green Chilli Flakes In A Tbsp Of Oil
