Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cups frozen peas


  • 1 cups chopped dry fruits


  • 1/2 cups grind dates


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1 tbsp cardamom powder


  • 1 tsp condensed milk


  • 1 cups milk


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tsp dessicated coconut

Directions

  • Take frozen peas wash n strain properly .
  • In jar add peas n make smooth paste if u want u can add 1spoon milk also n grind it in smooth paste.
  • Now take a pan add 1tbsp ghee let it melt now add peas paste .
  • Cook it 8-10min now add milk,sugar n cardamom powder.
  • Add condensed milk n cook another 5min keep aside n let it cool.
  • Meanwhile take jar grind dates coarsely n mix chopped dry fruits.
  • Now stuff in peas paste n make round shape ladoo .
  • Coated with some dessicated coconut n enjoy ur healthy ladoo.
  • U can store in freeze until 1week.
