frozen peas 2 cups
chopped dry fruits 1 cups
grind dates 1/2 cups
sugar 1/2 cups
cardamom powder 1 tbsp
condensed milk 1 tsp
milk 1 cups
ghee 1 tbsp
dessicated coconut 1 tsp
Take frozen peas wash n strain properly .
In jar add peas n make smooth paste if u want u can add 1spoon milk also n grind it in smooth paste.
Now take a pan add 1tbsp ghee let it melt now add peas paste .
Cook it 8-10min now add milk,sugar n cardamom powder.
Add condensed milk n cook another 5min keep aside n let it cool.
Meanwhile take jar grind dates coarsely n mix chopped dry fruits.
Now stuff in peas paste n make round shape ladoo .
Coated with some dessicated coconut n enjoy ur healthy ladoo.
U can store in freeze until 1week.
