put rice flour, besan, cumin, sesame seeds, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder carrom seeds and 3 spoon hot oil in large bowl.
mix well and add little hot water, start to knead the dough.
The consistency of the dough should be like regular chapati dough. Cover it and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Deep hand in water, take big enough ball from the dough and add in chakli maker and make murukku in to desired shape.
Deep fry murukku till it gets light brown colour from all sides on midium flame.
