Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rava very fine ( barik)


  • 1 cups powdered sugar


  • 4 tbsp ghee


  • 1/4 cups milk

Directions

  • Melt 1 tbsp ghee in a thick bottom kadai Add rava n roast on slow flame Continuously stir rava n roast till granules get seperated n you get pleasent smell In a big plate take ghee n powdered sugar n whisk till fluffy Then add cool rava n mix Make laddus with sprikling milk whenever needed
