  • Rava very fine ( barik) 1 1/2 cups

  • Powdered sugar 1 cups

  • Ghee 4 tbsp

  • Milk 1/4 cups

    Melt 1 tbsp ghee in a thick bottom kadai Add rava n roast on slow flame Continuously stir rava n roast till granules get seperated n you get pleasent smell In a big plate take ghee n powdered sugar n whisk till fluffy Then add cool rava n mix Make laddus with sprikling milk whenever needed
