Marinate the chicken pieces with salt,red chilli powder,onion_ginger_garlic_tomato paste for 30 mins.
Boil potato & eggs.Heat oil & fry it with little salt & red chilli powder.Take out after that.
Dry roast the cinnamon stick,bay leaves,red chilli, cloves, cumin & coriander seeds. Make a powder of it.
Now heat oil again & add the marinated chicken.Cook it with lid in low flame for 30 minutes.Add some more masala paste.
Mix it well & add some water to boil.
When it it cooked well,add boiled potatoes & eggs.Add garam masala & check salt & gravy.
Fry some chopped onion in hot oil & make birista.
Take a plate now.Serve the chicken dak bunglow on it & decorate with coriander leaves, onion birista .Cut the eggs into halves & make the dish more beautiful.
