Ingredients

Serves 15

  • Ghee 2 cups

  • Wholemeal Flour 3 cups

  • Semolina 1/2 cups

  • Goond (Tragacanth Gum) 1 cups

  • Mawa (Khoya) 1 cups

  • Evaporated Milk 1/2 cups

  • Elaichi (Cardamon powder) 1 tsp

  • Zaiphul (Nutmeg) powder 1 tsp

  • Soonth (Dry Ginger) powder o Kantlo 1 tsp

  • Jaggery 2 cups

  • For Decorating: Almonds (Flakes) 1 cups

  • Khuskhus (Poppy Seeds) 1 tsp

  • Wariari (Fennel Seeds) 1 tbsp

  • Few Pistachios (Flakes) 5-6 nos

Directions

  • 01

    Pound Goond Coarsely If They Are Big Pc But Not Powdered, Then Fry Them In Ghee, Keep Aside.

    In The Same Ghee Roast Flour N Sooji Till Pinkish Brown Color N Aroma Arises, Add Jaggery, Stir Until It Melts.

    Add Evaporated Milk, Mawa N Do Not Dry It Then Add Nutmeg And Cardamon Powder Mix Well Then Remuv From Flame

    Add Fried Goond Mix Well Then Pour On Tray.

    Use Flat Back Of Steel Bowl To Level The Goondpaak

  • 06

    Sprinkle Almonds, Pistas, Poppy Seeds N Fennel Seeds Press With The Bowl

  • 07

    Cut Goondpaak N Let It Cool, Remove Squares.
