  • 1) 2 cups Maida (All Purpose flour) 2) 1 cup Besan (Gram flour) 3) 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder 4) 1 tsp Baking Powder 5) 1 tsp Cardamom powder 6) 1 n hlf cup Castor Sugar 7) 1 cup or more Ghee (use as much for binding) 8) pinch of Soda Bicarbonate


  • Mix all ingredients veey well excpt ghee then bind to soft dough using ghee.... mould into nankhatai place on greased tray... put spot (teeka) on nankhatai or put almond o pistachio to decorate.... bake on 200°C for 10mins then lower upto 170 C til pinkish brown color....
