  • 1/2 kgs lady fingers (small pcs)

  • 2 nos potatoes (cubes)

  • 1 nos onion (chopped)

  • 2 nos tomatoes (chopped)

  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • In A Wok Put Oil And Keep On Flame Add Onions And Braise Till Browned Up Add Tomatoes And Spices,
  • Make Paste Like Add Little Water And Potatoes Then Cook On Low Flame When Almost Done Add Bhindi And Keep On Med Flame..
  • Do Not Stir Just Toss It
  • When Done Garnish With Chopped Corriander Leaves N Green Chillies
