  • Egg white 1 nos

  • Syrup:Sugar 2 cups

  • Water 1 1/2 cups

  • Saffron Strands 4-5 nos

  • Yellow Color 1 pinch

    Bind The Above Ingredients With Fresh Milk Til U Gt Soft Dough.

    Mek Pingpong Balls.

    Deep Fry In Oil Til Brown Color.

    Syrup: Boil Dis Together Til One String Thickness, Remuv From Flame Add Pinch Of Orange Color N Rose Essence.

    Put Ol Gulab Jamuns In De Hot Syrup Pot N Toss Slowly Den Pour Dem In A Bowl, Garnish Wid Almond O Cashewnut Flakes.
