  • 4 cups milk

  • 1 cups evaporated milk

  • 1 cups condensed milk

  • 4 tbsp nestle cream (or dessert cream)

  • 2 tbsp agaragar powder (china grass powder)

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence o rose essence

  • 3 tbsp cocoa

  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup


  • Pour All Ingredient Except Cream In A Pot N Boil Til It Bubbles, Make Sure You Stir It.
  • Remove From Flame Add Cream N Beat It Well, Let It Cool A Bit N Set In Moulds On Casserole.
  • Keep In Fridge To Chill, Unmould N Top Up With Chocolate Syrup And Serve!!
