  • 2 nos boiled potatoes (mash it)

  • 1/2 cups cornflour/rice flour

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1/4 tsp cummin powder

  • 1 dash blackpepper powder


  • Mix All Well N Knead With Water To Soft Dough
  • Put Dough In Sev Machine With Chakri Mould.
  • Put Oil In A Wok N Kip On Flame, Use Tart Moulds, Swirl Chakri In Swirl In The Tart Mould When 4 Done Put In Hot Oil With Mould On, Splash Oil On Each Chakri Wen It Creamish Brown Turn The Mould N Remove It, Let Chakri Katori Be Done On The Other Side.
  • Like Wise Remove Other Moulds, Remove Katoris As They Are Golden Brown In Color
  • Strain Them On Colander, N Do Same For The Rest Till All Dough Is Over.
  • Let It Cool Dwn Put Chaat Filling In Each Katori N Serve With Tamarind N Hot Chutneys
