Put Dough In Sev Machine With Chakri Mould.
Put Oil In A Wok N Kip On Flame, Use Tart Moulds, Swirl Chakri In Swirl In The Tart Mould When 4 Done Put In Hot Oil With Mould On, Splash Oil On Each Chakri Wen It Creamish Brown Turn The Mould N Remove It, Let Chakri Katori Be Done On The Other Side.
Like Wise Remove Other Moulds, Remove Katoris As They Are Golden Brown In Color
Strain Them On Colander, N Do Same For The Rest Till All Dough Is Over.
Let It Cool Dwn Put Chaat Filling In Each Katori N Serve With Tamarind N Hot Chutneys
