Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • cauliflower,cut into medium florets 1 nos


  • red chilli powder 1 tsp


  • hung curd 4 tsp


  • oil 1 tsp


  • tanduri masala 2 tsp


  • turmeric 1/2 tsp


  • salt or as per taste 1 tsp

Directions

  • Add cauliflower, curd,tanduri masala powder, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt to a large bowl.
  • Mix well and make sure the cauliflower florets are well coated with the masalas and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven at 200 deg c.
  • Greased the baking tray with oil and spread the cauliflower mixture on a baking tray and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes remove and serve hot with chutney.
