cauliflower,cut into medium florets 1 nos
red chilli powder 1 tsp
hung curd 4 tsp
oil 1 tsp
tanduri masala 2 tsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
salt or as per taste 1 tsp
Add cauliflower, curd,tanduri masala powder, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt to a large bowl.
Mix well and make sure the cauliflower florets are well coated with the masalas and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 200 deg c.
Greased the baking tray with oil and spread the cauliflower mixture on a baking tray and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes remove and serve hot with chutney.
