Ingredients

Serves 8

  • very thin Sev/Vermicelli (500-600gms) pkts 3 nos

  • Condensed milk 1 cups

  • Cashewnut/Kaaju (coarsely grinded) 1 cups

  • grated Coconut or 1 tea mug Khoya (Mawa) or 2 tea mugs Almond powder 1 cups

  • Cardamon powder 1 tsp

  • Ghee 1 tbsp

  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Take A Broad Pot Or Wok, Braise Coconut Till Pinkish Brown Color Remove In A Plate

  • 02

    Use Same Pot Or Wok Add Ghee And Keep On Flame Add Sev And Roast Till Nice Aroma Arises.

  • 03

    Add The Rest, And Keep Mixing Till Its Bit Thick, Then Remuv From Flame.

  • 04

    Make Laddoos N Roll On Dessicated Coconut, Keep On Cupcake Papers.
