  • Chicken (cut in pcs) 1 nos

  • Onions (sliced thinnly) 3 nos

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 4 nos

  • Whole garam masala (few Dalchin, Cloves, Black Peppercorns, Elaichi) 1 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Cummin powder 1/2 tsp

  • Corriander powder 1/2 tsp

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Paprika 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Fennel powder (Saunf/Wariari) 2 tsp

  • Tomato Puree 2 tsp

  • Ghee 2 tbsp

  • Oil 3 tbsp

  • Potatoes (Halved) 5-6 nos

  • Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp

Directions

    Blend Tomato N Powder Spices Together With Ginger, Garlic N Tomato Puree.

    In A Pot Put Ghee N Oil Kip On Flame Add Onions N Fry Til Golden Brown Jus Like Birista

    Add In Chicken Pcs N Stir Properly To Make The Onions Mix Well With Chicken Pcs Add Blended Tomato, Potatoes N Little Water Then Cook On Med Or Low Flame Til Done

    If The Gravy Is Bit Watery Keep High Flame To Dry It Up A Little Then Can Simmer To Giv Taraa.

    Garnish Wid Chopped Corriander Leaves.
