1/2 kgs baigan/aubergines (slit in 4) use smol sized or lady fingers
1/2 cups black sesame (roast on pan cool it up then dry grind)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 pinch turmeric powder
2 nos green chillies (chopped)
8-10 nos corriander leaves (chopped)
1 pinch cummin powder
1/2 nos onion (chopped finely)
1 pinch corriander powder
1/2 tsp garlic (pounded)
4 tbsp oil
Directions
In A Broad Pan Put Oil N Braise Onions Till Browned Up Add All Except Baigan Or Bhhindi
Mix Well Cook For 5 Mins
Then Remove From Flame Let It Cool A Bit Then Fill The Baigan Or Bhhindi And Apply On It Too
Keep In Same Pan When All Done Keep On Low Flame N Cover It
Can Sprinkle Little Water.
Toss Carefully If Needed To When Done Garnish With Chopped Corriander Leaves.
