Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Baigan/Aubergines (slit in 4) use smol sized or Lady Fingers 1/2 kgs

  • Black Sesame (roast on pan cool it up then dry grind) 1/2 cups

  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • Green Chillies (chopped) 2 nos

  • Corriander leaves (chopped) 8-10 nos

  • Cummin powder 1 pinch

  • Onion (chopped finely) 1/2 nos

  • Corriander powder 1 pinch

  • Garlic (pounded) 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 4 tbsp

Directions

    In A Broad Pan Put Oil N Braise Onions Till Browned Up Add All Except Baigan Or Bhhindi

    Mix Well Cook For 5 Mins

    Then Remove From Flame Let It Cool A Bit Then Fill The Baigan Or Bhhindi And Apply On It Too

    Keep In Same Pan When All Done Keep On Low Flame N Cover It

    Can Sprinkle Little Water.

    Toss Carefully If Needed To When Done Garnish With Chopped Corriander Leaves.
