  • 1/2 kgs baigan/aubergines (slit in 4) use smol sized or lady fingers

  • 1/2 cups black sesame (roast on pan cool it up then dry grind)

  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 pinch turmeric powder

  • 2 nos green chillies (chopped)

  • 8-10 nos corriander leaves (chopped)

  • 1 pinch cummin powder

  • 1/2 nos onion (chopped finely)

  • 1 pinch corriander powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic (pounded)

  • 4 tbsp oil


  • In A Broad Pan Put Oil N Braise Onions Till Browned Up Add All Except Baigan Or Bhhindi
  • Mix Well Cook For 5 Mins
  • Then Remove From Flame Let It Cool A Bit Then Fill The Baigan Or Bhhindi And Apply On It Too
  • Keep In Same Pan When All Done Keep On Low Flame N Cover It
  • Can Sprinkle Little Water.
  • Toss Carefully If Needed To When Done Garnish With Chopped Corriander Leaves.
