Serves : 6
  • 500 gms sarole (wheat small rings pasta, speciality of kokni mharashtrians)

  • 1 1/4 cups sugar

  • 1 1/2 tsp cardamon powder

  • 2 cups coconut milk (thick)

  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk (optional)

  • 1/4 cups ghee

  • 1 tbsp almond flakes

  • 5-6 nos saffron strands

  • 5-6 nos eggs


  • n A Broad Pot Or Big Wok Put Ghee And Keep On Flame
  • Add Sarole N 1 Stick Cinnamon
  • Roast Til Nicely Browned Up, It Takes Few Minutes To Brown Up
  • Add Sugar, Cardamon N Coconut Milk Boil It While Stirring
  • As It Dries Up Add Evaporated Milk Stir It
  • Keep On Simmer Can Sprinkle Little Cardamon Powder
  • When Done Add Eggs (Dig A Small Hole On Sarole For Each Egg N Let Them Cook On Steam)
  • Sprinkle Cardamon Powder N Saffron Strands On Each Egg, And Almonds Oall Over The Sarole N Cook The Eggs
