Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Sarole (Wheat Small Rings Pasta, Speciality Of Kokni Mharashtrians) 500 gms

  • Sugar 1 1/4 cups

  • Cardamon Powder 1 1/2 tsp

  • Coconut Milk (Thick) 2 cups

  • Evaporated Milk (Optional) 1/2 cups

  • Ghee 1/4 cups

  • Almond Flakes 1 tbsp

  • Saffron Strands 5-6 nos

  • Eggs 5-6 nos

Directions

    n A Broad Pot Or Big Wok Put Ghee And Keep On Flame

    Add Sarole N 1 Stick Cinnamon

  • 03

    Roast Til Nicely Browned Up, It Takes Few Minutes To Brown Up

    Add Sugar, Cardamon N Coconut Milk Boil It While Stirring

    As It Dries Up Add Evaporated Milk Stir It

    Keep On Simmer Can Sprinkle Little Cardamon Powder

    When Done Add Eggs (Dig A Small Hole On Sarole For Each Egg N Let Them Cook On Steam)

    Sprinkle Cardamon Powder N Saffron Strands On Each Egg, And Almonds Oall Over The Sarole N Cook The Eggs
