Whisk the hung curd for about 2 minutes
Then put mango puree and again whisk for 5 minutes
Next soak some saffron strands in lukewarm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes
After that sliver pistachio and almonds and keep aside
Now put soaked saffron, cardamom powder,sugar and again whisk
Allow to chill the mixture for about 1/2 an hour
Now put this shrikhand in a serving bowl and garnish with almonds, pistachios and some saffron strands and serve chilled.
