Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1/2 tsp agar agar powder o gelatine


  • 2 drop red food color


  • 3/4 tsp citric acid (limbu ka phhool)


  • 6 tbsp sugar


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 1 tsp strawberry essence


  • 1 cups strawberries (chopped)


  • 1/2 litre pinnacotta: milk


  • 1 cups evaporated milk


  • 3 cups double cream


  • 1 tbsp agar agar powder or gelatine


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Directions

  • Take A Pot Put Water Add Sugar, Agar Agar Powder N Citric Acid Mix Well N Keep On Boil, When It Boils Remove From Flame Add Essence N Chopped Strawberries, Make A Thick Sauce And Let It Cool.
  • Pinnacotta: Mix Agar Agar In Little Milk Till Its Dissolved, Keep All Ingredients On Boil Except Vanila Essence.
  • Let It Boil Remove From Flame Add Essence Let It Cool Pour On The Jelly Bowls Or Glasses.
  • Let It Cool N Keep In Fridge To Set And Chill.... Garnish Wid Sliced Strawberries N Its Sauce.
