Ingredients

  • Agar agar powder o gelatine 1/2 tsp

  • Red food color 2 drop

  • Citric acid (limbu ka phhool) 3/4 tsp

  • Sugar 6 tbsp

  • water 1/2 cups

  • Strawberry essence 1 tsp

  • Strawberries (chopped) 1 cups

  • Pinnacotta: Milk 1/2 litre

  • Evaporated Milk 1 cups

  • Double Cream 3 cups

  • Agar agar powder or Gelatine 1 tbsp

  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Directions

    Take A Pot Put Water Add Sugar, Agar Agar Powder N Citric Acid Mix Well N Keep On Boil, When It Boils Remove From Flame Add Essence N Chopped Strawberries, Make A Thick Sauce And Let It Cool.

    Pinnacotta: Mix Agar Agar In Little Milk Till Its Dissolved, Keep All Ingredients On Boil Except Vanila Essence.

    Let It Boil Remove From Flame Add Essence Let It Cool Pour On The Jelly Bowls Or Glasses.

    Let It Cool N Keep In Fridge To Set And Chill.... Garnish Wid Sliced Strawberries N Its Sauce.
