Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 6 nos masala papad


  • 2 nos potatoes


  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1 cups oil for deep frying


  • 1 cups coriander


  • 1/2 cups mint leaves


  • 4 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 tsp chopped ginger


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste


  • 2 nos green chillies

Directions

  • Grind coriander, mint, cumin, green chillies, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and salt and make thick chutney
  • Boil potato, peel and mash
  • Add green chutney
  • Add chat masala and chilli flakes, mix well
  • Mix water in all purpose flour to make thick paste, keep aside
  • Take one papad, make it wet on both sided, keep it for 30 seconds
  • Take some potato mix, keep it at one end of the wet papad leaving the edges
  • Roll it firmly sealing the corners using all purpose flour paste
  • Prepare all the rolls similarly
  • Heat up oil, fry the rolls on medium flame until golden brown and crisp
  • Serve immediately with a dipping sauce of your choice
