Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups poha


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp ghee


  • 4 nos potato


  • 1/4 cups grated ginger


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 cups powdered rusk

Directions

  • Soak poha for 10 minutes. Drain the water completely using cloth
  • Pressure cook potato and smash well
  • Add smashed potato to poha salt ginger chilli powder green chilli and mix well
  • Make into small ball and coat it in rusk.
  • Heat the dosa pan. Put the cutlet and roast 2 sides. Add ghee inbetween the cutlet.
  • Serve with sauce
