Make a dough of all purpose flour add little ghee as a moin
Roll into big chapati with the help of the roller
Cut it with the help of knife in small squares
Fry in ghee nicely
Make a thin sugar syrup by adding sugar in water
Add those fried pieces in it and take it out
Then make a thick syrup by cooking the thin syrup more
Now again add the pieces so that a nice sugar coating is covered over them
