Easy quick n tasty recipe of laddu made during festivals

Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 1/2 cups rava very fine ( barik)


  • 1 cups powdered sugar


  • 5 tbsp ghee


  • 1/4 cups milk


  • 2 tbsp kishmish

Directions

  • Melt 1 tablespoon ghee in a thick bottom kadai
  • Add rava n roast on slow flame
  • Continuously stir rava n roast till granules get seperated n you get pleasent smell
  • In a big plate take ghee n powdered sugar n whisk till fluffy
  • Then add cool rava n mix
  • Make laddus with sprikling milk whenever needed
  • Stick a kishmish on each laddu
