  • 1 cups bhajani atta

  • 1 cups water

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp turmeric pwd

  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 1 tsp asafoetida

  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

  • 2 tsp oil


  • Heat water in a big pan n bring to boil n swtch off the gas
  • Add turmeric red chilli pwd salt asafoetida sesame seeds and oil bhajani atta in bubblig water n cover the pan for few seconds
  • Take this out in a plate n knead the dough medium soft using more hot water if needed
  • Heat oil in frying pan for deep frying chakli
  • Make chakli from dough in a chakli press n fry on a medium low flame till golden brown in colour
