Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups besan flour


  • 2 cups rice flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 pinch asfatodedia


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 3/4 cups water


  • 3 cups oil

Directions

  • In a bowl mix rice flour,besan flour, salt,hing ,cumin seeds and chilli powder.
  • Gradually add water to make a soft dough.
  • Heat the oil in wok. Press the besan flour dough using ribbon pakoda press (murukku achu).
  • Flip it both sides till it gets golden brown color
  • Crispy Ribbon pakoda is ready to serve.
  • Tip: reduce the chilli powder quantity if you are preparing for kids..
