In a bowl mix rice flour,besan flour, salt,hing ,cumin seeds and chilli powder.
Gradually add water to make a soft dough.
Heat the oil in wok. Press the besan flour dough using ribbon pakoda press (murukku achu).
Flip it both sides till it gets golden brown color
Crispy Ribbon pakoda is ready to serve.
Tip: reduce the chilli powder quantity if you are preparing for kids..
