in a mixing bowl combine warm water with yeast and sugar
add the dry ingredients into the milk mixture and whisk creating the batter without any lumps
cover and let it rest for half an hour
in a Skillet pour 2 tbsp of batter over medium heat
cook until batter has no wet spot visible. do not flip
complete the better and cover the cooked qatayef so it will not get dry
for making sweet cheese mix cheese with curd cardamom powder rose water and sugar.
fold the qatayef into half circle and seal it by pressing gently on the sides. Leave a small opening for the filling.
with a small spoon fill the opening with sweet cheese mixture.
Dip each pancake into grounded pistachios and serve with honey.
